Hello Sir, Thank you for your reply. I have another question, if building goes in redevelopment and 70% member's agree and 30% of member's does not agree ,for the area offered by developer, does it means as per law remaining 30% has to agree? Do the member has all the rights to disagree? Please advise Thank you

Adviser: The decision of the General body is important as per Govt. Order dt. 3.01.2009 with 75% majority. This means that if the 75% members are in agreement than society can proceed with the redevelopment without waiting for 25% members.
