We provide tools to effectively manage and easily maintain all aspects of your residential complex, be it Apartment Complexes, Private Layouts, Row houses, Villas or even a Colony. Your Association can register with Mysocietyclub.com and create an online space for your community & members to manage the association activities.

Mysocietyclub.com has strict user access control in place - the information of your complex is only visible to the members of your community and not to other users, unless you chose to make it public by sharing your login ID & Password. Even within the same community, the information is visible based on the roles of the user. Only administrators (who are by default the Managing Committee members) can view all the information related to the community/ members. Other members with different roles can see only that information that is needed. Moreover, your data is stored in a world class Data Centre on a dedicated server, implementing highest security standards to ensure peace of mind to you.
Pick a unique password, do not click on suspicious links, and be mindful of suspicious pages offering promotions and offers. Do not share your personal details like user-id, password, Date of birth and other account details with anybody. It is advisable that you should periodically change your password. Mysocietyclub.com & it’s employee do not ask for such information from the customer in providing any technical support, hence do not share any such details on phone to anyone.

Mysocietyclub.com provides an online marketplace to its members on pan India basis. Based on your business need you can select the option and promote your business on line. You can post your classified add to sell any used house hold items based on the categories free of cost.

Society Members can make payment of utility bills relating to society maintenance or otherwise which are issued by the Society office bearers on monthly basis.
A member can logon to www.mysocietyclub.com using their login IDs and password and select the bills from the billing section on the Society page. A member can make payments of the utility bills by selecting the required one from their account directly using the payment icon and selecting the respective mode of payment. Member can select the mode of payment as Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking. Upon successful payment, the payment gateway redirects the member to Mysocietyclub.com portal’s payment confirmation screen along with the amount paid.
A member can logon to www.mysocietyclub.com using their login IDs and password and select the bills from the billing section on the Society page. A member can make payments of the utility bills by selecting the required one from their account directly using the payment icon and selecting the respective mode of payment. Member can select the mode of payment as Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking.
Mysocietyclub.com will send payment receipt confirmation via email to the member with complete payment details of their transaction. Member will also receive the notification of online payment via SMS on his / her registered mobile.
Mysocietyclub.com is completely free for email reminder messages all over India. A User can become a premium member on payment of nominal fee. The details for the same can be checked in the premium section of your account.
Currently this service is restricted to Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore only but soon we will be launching across all of India.

Once you register, your email address is used as your unique identifier and can't be changed so use the one that a) your friends know and b) that you are likely to continue using. We would recommend a non-work related email address such as gmail or yahoo mail.

Our support staff are well trained and helpful. Mysocietyclub.com helps you with initial setup to populate your complex details and past data (such as member data, past expenses, assets, vehicles, parking lots), email support, training your estate manager and staff. In an unlikely event that you decide to discontinue the use of Mysocietyclub.com, the administrator will have the option of downloading data of the complex. Post the confirmation from the administrator, we would permanently delete the data of the complex from our servers.
