Hello sir, I wanted to know if I have not attend General special meeting due to personal reason. Do I have to request for minutes of meeting in writing? Or society by law proactively needs to give min if meet? I spoke to hon secretary he advise me that only AGM's minutes of the meet is given not otherwise. Please advise .
Adviser: NO! As per by-laws the minutes of the meeting needs to be given to all the members irrespective whether you attend or you do not. Incase they have not given you the copy of minutes, you may ask them in writing to provide.
