    <li><strong>{OWNER_NAME}</strong> is already a member of the <strong>{SOCIETY_NAME}</strong>, having address at <strong>{ADDRESS LINE 1},{ADDRESS LINE 2}</strong> holding fully paid shares of Rupees <strong>{PAID_SHARE}</strong> each bearing number from <strong>{SHARE_START_NUMBER} to {SHARE_END_NUMBER}</strong> (both inclusive) under share certificate no. <strong>{SHARE_SERIAL_NUMBER}</strong> dated <strong>{SHARE_ISSUE_DATE}</strong> issued by the society.</li>
    <li>{OWNER_HE_SHE} desires <strong>{ASSOCIATE_MEMBER_NAME}</strong> to join {OWNER_HIM_HER} as an Associate member for the purpose of holding the shares jointly with <strong>{OWNER_MR_MRS}{OWNER_NAME}</strong>.</li>
    <li>Accordingly, I make this application for admitting me as an associate member to <strong>{OWNER_MR_MRS}{OWNER_NAME}</strong> and remit herewith the entrance fee of Rs 100/-.</li>
    <li>On my admission as an associate member by the society, we shall be jointly and severally liable to discharge the present and future liabilities of the society.</li>
    <li>The right of attending general body meetings and voting at these meetings will ordinarily be exercised by <strong>{OWNER_MR_MRS}{OWNER_NAME}</strong> whose name stands first in the share certificate. The name of <strong>{ASSOCIATE_MR_MRS}{ASSOCIATE_MEMBER_NAME}</strong> (Associate Member) shall stand second in the share certificate. {ASSOCIATE_HE_SHE} (associate member) shall have no rights or privileges of a member except attending general body meetings of the society and voting at these meetings provided that the member whose name stands first in the share certificate is absent at such meetings as mentioned in section 27 of M. C. S. Act 1960.</li>
    <li>I request you to admit me as an associate member and include my name as an associate member in the share certificate just after the name of the first member.</li>
